Deliciously Delivered respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
Information we collect
We collect only what we need to take and deliver your order: your name, business name, email address, phone number, delivery address, delivery date and time, dietary requirements and order details. If you apply for a credit account, we also collect trade references, ABN and authorised contact details.
How we use it
To prepare and deliver orders, confirm delivery timing, respond to enquiries and quotes, assess credit applications, issue invoices, and — if you opt in — send occasional menu and catering updates. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share information only where it is necessary to run the business: our payment and online store provider, our email delivery provider, our delivery drivers, and our accounting and credit-assessment service providers. We may also disclose information where required by law.
Payments
Card payments are processed by our secure checkout provider. We never see or store your full card details.
Storage and security
Information is held in secure, access-controlled systems and retained only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by Australian tax and business record-keeping laws.
Cookies
Our website uses cookies and similar technology to keep your cart working and to understand how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser, though parts of the ordering process may stop working.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. If you believe we have mishandled your information, contact us and we will respond.
